Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use e1sim.com and purchase our eSIM plans.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website e1sim.com (the "Website") and the products and services offered through it (the "Services"). The Website is operated by Sanders Soft Limited, a technology company based in Paphos, Cyprus ("e1sim", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Our Role as a Reseller

e1sim is an authorised independent reseller of eSIM products and mobile data services provided by Yesim (yesim.app) and its underlying network partners (the "Provider"). We market and sell eSIM data plans; the actual eSIM profiles, mobile connectivity, network coverage, and data traffic are provisioned and delivered by the Provider and the mobile network operators it works with. e1sim does not own or operate any mobile network. Your use of the connectivity services may additionally be subject to the Provider's own terms and fair-use policies, which apply to the underlying service.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Services. When registering an account you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@e1sim.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

4. Services and Device Compatibility

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for various countries and regions. Plans differ in data allowance, validity period, and price, as described on the Website at the time of purchase. eSIMs work only on eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. It is your responsibility to verify that your device is eSIM-compatible and not locked to a carrier before purchasing; a compatibility guide is available on the Website. No refunds are issued for purchases made for incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

5. Orders, Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise; prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe); we do not store your full card details. You may also pay using your e1sim account balance, which can be topped up on the Website. Account balance is a prepaid credit for purchasing our Services: it is non-transferable, carries no interest, and is not exchangeable for cash except where required by law. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation and the eSIM is provisioned. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of the underlying service; in such cases any amount paid will be refunded.

6. eSIM Delivery, Activation and Validity

After successful payment, the eSIM profile and installation instructions are delivered digitally to your account and/or email. Each eSIM profile may typically be installed on one device only; deleting an installed profile may render it unusable. The validity period of a plan starts as described in the plan details (usually upon activation or first connection to a supported network). Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable or transferable.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because eSIM products are digital content delivered immediately, you expressly agree that delivery begins upon purchase and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is thereby waived to the extent permitted by law. We will, however, issue a refund where: (a) the eSIM could not be installed or activated due to a technical fault attributable to us or the Provider that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time; or (b) an order was charged but never delivered. Refund requests must be submitted to support@e1sim.com within 30 days of purchase and may require diagnostic information (device model, screenshots, error messages). Refunds are not available for: incompatible or carrier-locked devices, change of mind, partially used or expired plans, or network speed and coverage expectations. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your account balance.

8. Acceptable and Fair Use

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to send spam, conduct fraud, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or the Provider's policies. Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to the Provider's fair-use policies and may be subject to speed management after excessive consumption. Commercial resale of purchased eSIMs without our prior written consent is prohibited. We may suspend the Services immediately in case of abuse.

9. Service Availability and Coverage

Mobile network coverage, speed, and availability depend on the Provider and local network operators and may vary by location, device, network congestion, and other factors outside our control. Coverage and speed information on the Website is provided in good faith but is indicative only and does not constitute a guarantee. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or events of force majeure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Services are provided "as is" and "as available"; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or inability to communicate, arising from or in connection with the Services; and (c) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and all its content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Sanders Soft Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Yesim" and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their use on the Website is for identification of the underlying service provider only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website content without our prior written permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting support@e1sim.com. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law or by the Provider. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be announced on the Website or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
